Since 1989, Rolan Inc. has been providing Woolwich and the surrounding area with Electricity in Motion Solutions. As an Electrical Wholesale and Industrial Supply company, Rolan Inc. stocks a broad range of products that Electrical Contractors and Maintenance Managers and/or Technicians require on a regular (and sometimes not so regular) basis. Our electric motor sales and service facility is equipped to do repairs to large and small electric motors, as well as generators. Whether the need is diagnostics and minor repair or complete rebuilding including a rewind job, the Rolan Inc. Motor Shop has the equipment and expertise. We also have a fleet of service trucks equipped to do on-site diagnostic and repair of electric motors, generators, and automated equipment. In 1989, Duane Martin identified a requirement among the Woolwich agricultural community for repair of power transmission equipment. To meet this demand, he started Rolan Maintenance Service and since then Rolan has grown from a one-man shop to the comprehensive electrical sales and service business it is today. It began as an electric motor sales and service facility. Growth continued by supplying components that surround the motor, whether it be pulleys, belts, fans, etc. or motor starting and control such as contactors and VFDs. In 2008 we became an Eaton Distributor which strengthened our Motor Control offering in addition to opening the door for more opportunity in the Electrical Wholesale market. In September 2014, we moved to a larger facility to better service the needs of our ever growing customer base and expand our Electrical Wholesale & Motor Sales & Service offerings. In January 2017 we opened a second Electrical Wholesale branch and Service Drop-off in Flesherton to better serve the needs of our expanding customer base. Superior Customer Service has been the key to our success, and is still our specialty!
