RES - Edili Reggio Emilia Scuola – Società Cooperativa Sociale è nata founded in 2013 from the merger of the two previous experiences of EFPE and Scuola Edile, bilateral organization for the training of the construction sector in the province of Reggio Emilia. The objectives: - to provide qualified training services in the areas of initial training, higher education, continuous training and free access training for the construction and related sectors; - transmit the operational culture of traditional construction and recovery techniques; - develop highly specialized technical training, with particular reference to technological, production and design innovation of the current construction cycle; - enhance the culture of safety among operators at all levels; support people and companies in developing their professionalism and technical organizational capacity. RES is a organization accredited to the Emilia Romagna Region for Higher, Continuing and Permanent Training and Apprenticeship. RES is a Bilateral Entity (as defined in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter h), of Legislative Decree 10 September 2003, n. 276 and subsequent amendments and additions) and Joint Organization (as defined in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter ee), of Legislative Decree 81/08) operating in the Province of Reggio Emilia and in the construction sector. The RES shareholder structure is made up equally of all the business associations and organizations of the workers in the sector for the province of Reggio Emilia: Legacoop, Confcooperative, Aniem Confapi, CNA, Ance Unindustria, Lapam Federimpresa Confartigianato, Feneal-UIL, Filca-CISL, Fillea-CGIL.
