Robogals UCalgary is a non-profit, international student-run organization dedicated to promoting engineering, science and technology to younger generations, with a primary focus on girls. Our mission is to inspire, engage and empower young women into engineering and related fields where a global culture of diversity and inclusion can be promoted in a positive environment. Our volunteer committee reaches out to elementary schools to provide free, in-class and after-school workshops, career-talks and science competitions. Our events are not limited to robotics as our name suggests, as we plan to engage our youth in all aspects of engineering with fun design and building activities
