I am an experienced manager currently working self employed who can help people achieve their full potential in my capacity as a manager, trainer or a coach/mentor. I can deliver a wide range of subjects, and I have experience of coaching & mentoring in the workplace, to those unemployed and also to elite athletes. My experience includes working in HR, teaching in FE / local community, delivery of e-learning and Widening Participation projects in the community, running my own business, over 9 years working in Welfare to Work in the UK / Middle East including management & consultancy roles. I am passionate about supporting people to be successful, and believe that people have the potential / resources to find their own solutions, whether it is taking their first steps into employment, someone returning to work or people already in the workplace looking to progress.
