Ezel Civata, located in Izmir Turkey, has proven itself in the Fastener Industry with its high-quality, wide ranged products and on time deliveries. Ezel Civata, founded in 1911 as a hardware store in İzmir, entered the Fasteners Industry in 1970’s. Today, over 150 experienced staff operates Ezel Civata’s production plant, located over 30.000 m2 open and 13.000 m2 closed area. Ezel Cıvata has a fully integrated all in-house, modern production process consisting of body coating, wire drawing, cold-forging, heat treatment, plating and automated custom packaging. With the addition of the new continuous Heat Treatment Furnace, all in-house and integrated production enables Ezel Cıvata to control the entire process and quality from raw material to finished product, ensuring tracebility and transparency. Post production processes such as full automatic zinc plating, semi-automatic packaging lines, cleaning and de-oiling of products and quality control are all completed in house. Hot dip galvanizing, zinc flake, black flake coatings are also available. A well equipped quality control lab inside the facility consisting of torque and tension measurement devices, camera equipped micro vickers and Rockwell B,C hardness measuring machines, salt spray test, digital cameras and Mitutoyo profile projectors, torque measurement, sample preparing and microscopes, metal spectrum analyzers, and a sorting machine enables Ezel Civata to check the quality of its products at every stage of production. A total of 52 set machinery consisting of 3,4,5,6 and die progressive headers with a production capacity of 15,000 tons/year enables Ezel Civata to manufacture a wide product range between M3 to M20. Besides its line of standard fasteners, Ezel Civata is capable of manufacturing custom cold forged parts, which requires high precision and quality.
