Our mission, since our inception, is to inspire Latinas to maximize their strengths and potential, in order to become equal partners in an empowered world of equal opportunity with equal justice, recognition, respect, and dignity Our organization was founded to meet the unmet needs of developing and supporting professional Latinas. In expanding that commitment we wanted to support Latina students with funding and development strategies to aide them with attending college and transitioning into the labor market. We continue to be responsive by developing a mentoring program, exposing our members to international opportunities, and continuously supporting policies that impact women and Latino families.
