Jobhub180 is an organization established to provide employment and support services to those who have recovered from a Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Jobhub180 is the conduit between individuals looking for work and quality employers (Jobhub180 employment partners) seeking staff. We overcome the concerns many of these organizations have about people with a SUD background by employing the individual and contracting them to an employment partner. We take all of the risk out of the hiring process and, over time, should the individual perform well and prove themselves to be reliable and competent, they transition to permanent employment with the organization. This is usually a six to twelve month journey. Along the way, we provide individuals with counselling, life-skills coaching, transport, and practical support to prepare them for a successful and sustainable career.
