The RTOERO Foundation is the philanthropic partner of RTOERO. Through our annual grant program, we advance knowledge about aging and help make sure older adults in Canada have access to appropriate, high-quality care and support. We are one of a very small number of Foundations to focus our efforts exclusively on initiatives related to healthy and active aging. We award grants to three types of projects: 1) Research to better understand the complex needs of older adults 2) Post-secondary training in the field of geriatrics and gerontology 3) Initiatives to address social isolation among older adults
