IT search was soon added with a nationwide scope for a wide range of industries. Our business is built on long-standing relationships that we have developed through our high quality service and ethical business practices. We understand the importance of working all professional levels of search from Manager through Vice President to keep us in tune with changes in the industry. In 2010, Probus added Transition Coaching as an additional discipline to better address the continually evolving needs of our clients. In our ever-changing world of technology, more and more contact with clients and candidates is now done by email and social media. While these are a great medium for transmitting information, there is no real substitute for human interaction. We strongly prefer to do as much of our work as possible voice-to-voice and face-to-face. The search process is a very human business.
