Yours to Conquer, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to offer professional mentoring to black and LGBT professionals. Having a professional mentor is a critical relationship and Yours to Conquer was established to provide general professional development and mentoring opportunities and help navigating complex issues specific to black and LGBT employees. We partner with black and LGBT professionals and community leaders, business and organizations who demonstrate a commitment to diversity and actively seek diverse candidates to add to their workforce, and other community nonprofits whose missions support, enforce, and mirror ours.
