Big Smits Entertainment (BSE) is an end-to-end production and finance company focused on the development and creation of original content in digital, TV, and Feature Films. BSE aims to create high-quality content across all genres. With strong industry partnerships, BSE produces both in house projects as well as collaborates with producers and financiers who prioritize originality. BSE was founded in 2015 by BJ Bales, Jeff Howard, Eric MacIver, and Jeffrey M. Zucker. The "Big Smits" name is in honor and memory of Matt "Smitty" Smith, lifetime best friend of Bales until his tragic passing in 2014.
