The Mae Fah Luang Foundation was established as a private non-profit organization to help carry out the development activities initiated by Her Royal Highness Princess Sri Nakarindhara, the late mother of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The foundation work primarily in rural development, providing under privileged people with opportunity for better future through provision of healthcare, livelihood development and educational program. The foundation is self sustain through income from sales of its 4 business units. Profit is plowed back into social activities within and outside of Thailand.
