Conceptualised by the Global Commission on Adaptation, the Government of the United Kingdom, Willis Towers Watson, and the World Economic Forum and supported by more than 130 institutions, CCRI aims to advance solutions in three key areas: a. National decision-making – by facilitating an understanding of the economic and social value at risk associated to PCRs. b. Project valuation and investment appraisal – by providing investors with greater predictability of longer-term cash flows. c. Financial innovation – by identifying innovative taxonomies for financial instruments capable of guiding a more efficient allocation of capital.
