OUTbio Bay Area is the first LGBTQ+ professionals’ group for the biotech industry in the SF Bay Area. We are a new Bay Area chapter of the original non-profit OUTbio organization that was started in Boston in 2015 and has over 1,200 members. We hope to become an advocate for the Bay Area community, facilitate development and mentoring opportunities, and partner with surrounding biotech organizations to provide networking events.
