Les Nouveaux Constructeurs Premier Real Property Indonesia (Premier Qualitas Indonesia) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier / Les Nouveaux Constructeurs – one of the well-known real estate developers in France. In most of the project, Premier Qualitas Indonesia always provide a Club house – swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, jogging track, children playground – which can only be use by the resident. For security and convenient reason, all of our projects is a cluster system (one main gate for entrance) and the electricity network lies underground.
