The International Business Leadership Program (PLEI) is a program created and managed by outstanding students of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, that aim to form highly competitive leaders and promote the international growth of Mexican companies. This program consists of the development of academic-commercial missions during the summer, in which students from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education travel through different important regions around the world in search of business opportunities for companies that provide them with economic support to achieve them. Some of the regions that have been visited since the program was created in 1995 are: North America, Asia, SouthEast Asia, Southern Hemisphere (Latin America & South Africa), Europe and Middle East. Mission: To form the future leaders of Mexico, developing in them an integral culture with human sense and global vision, looking for the development and internationalization of Mexican companies.
