We are an award winning mediation provider offering dispute resolution services throughout East Anglia and the adjacent London Boroughs. We are registered by the Civil Mediation Council and Family Mediation Council, approved by the Ministry of Justice, hold a Legal Aid Agency contract and meet the associated Mediation Quality Mark standard. We provide civil, commercial, family (including publicly funded), workplace, employment and community mediation. We also offer international mediation and have links to the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex We cater for all sorts of disputes, including contractual, boundary, property, personal injury, professional negligence, workplace and employment, family (including inheritance), community or other matters, all of which can be referred to us by individuals, firms, organisations, solicitors or the courts. We also provide mediation training, including Peer mediation training for schools, Post Graduate Support Scheme research placements, mediation awareness sessions, and have courses available that meet the Civil Mediation Council’s designated criteria for training mediators and are independently accredited by the Open College Network Eastern Region.
