Our founder, Captain Cesar Rojas, spent the beginning of his career as a naval officer in the Colombian Navy. He reached the highest level of sea Captain, before retiring to start ISACOL. He saw a need in Colombia’s growing oil, gas, and bulk markets for an agency that could combine military like organization, knowledge of local port and terminal requirements, and international standards into a World Class agency. Captain Rojas serves as the company’s President and CEO. He is pleased to see that as his family and his team continue to grow into leadership positions within the company, that ISACOL will grow and serve ships, their owners, and charterers for another 50 years and more.
