An educational center where people with chronic respiratory, sleep and nervous conditions can learn to improve poor breathing habits. Breathing Retraining Center LLC teaches self-help, drug-free techniques designed to control and reduce symptoms of asthma, allergies, snoring and anxiousness, as well as improve breathing efficiency for athletes and musicians. Breathing Retraining Center offers assessments for people to find out how their breathing compares to the physiological norm, as well as individual sessions and group classes to teach exercises for correcting poor breathing habits. We work with adults and kids.
