In 2015 we announced a new name: Cost Control Restaurant Group®. We felt it was time for a name change that more accurately reflected what we do and who we are. Today our group member establishments now extend well beyond Cape Cod into all areas of Massachusetts and into Connecticut, though our roots will always remain on the Cape. We have come to be known as a no-nonsense purchasing group that services quality restaurants. Our business acumen and overall solid reputation for being a low-maintenance purchasing group provides us with the leverage we need to deliver unprecedented price levels for independent restaurants. Launched in 2014, our Menu Analysis service takes the guesswork out of crafting a menu that is profitable, efficient and, most importantly, popular with customers. We are seeing historical price levels that makes delivering a menu that’s profitable and yet affordable extremely challenging.
