The idea was to pattern the company after prominent European companies that offered the best-made products to their customers. Eventually, P.O.P. found its niche, which was “specialized” Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Products. Today, P.O.P.’s products can be found in all Provinces of Canada. With nine sales representatives throughout the country, they have continued to flourish because of several reasons: a) P.O.P. acquired the rights to import and distribute several well-known product lines. b) They have done everything possible to keep importation, customs clearance, and warehousing costs to the bare minimum in order to continually grow their market share c) The sales force is constantly putting a tremendous effort forth and customer service is a top priority. d) Our head office personnel have been specially trained to make sure all of our clients' specific needs are met. This ranges from answering technical questions to receiving and shipping orders in the most expeditious manner. Going forward, it is Professional Orthopedic Product’s desire to continue to search the four corners of the earth for the best available products at the best available prices.
