Vaccine injury claims are filed in the "Vaccine Court", formally recognized as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. This is a federal court and all claims of the injured, no matter where the injured resides, can be pursued and filed by my office in Washington D.C. Please contact me at JFollows@followslaw.com. Claims are filed for both adults and children for vaccine injuries resulting from various vaccines, including the FLU vaccine, HEPATITIS B vaccine, and Human Papillomavirus vaccine (HPV). Commonly alleged vaccine injuries are Guillain Barre Syndrome, Transverse Myelitis, Encephalopathy, arthritis, paralysis, weakness and tingling. Common treatments for these alleged vaccine injuries include IVIG and plasmapheresis. Filing deadlines apply to the onset of a claim.
