The CETEMAS Foundation is a private, not-for-profit organisation, constituted in 2009 at the initiative of a group of companies from the forestry sector and the regional Government, and it is part of the network of Technology Centres of the Principality of Asturias. As Technology Centres, we work in the development of technology and innovation and the transfer of knowledge and innovation to companies. To this end, the Foundation enters into agreements and contracts, provides services to and receives financial support from public and private institutions, both national and international. The aim of the CETEMAS Foundation is to participate in a range of activities and actions that promote and publicise research and development (R&D) and innovation in all areas of the various sectors involved in the Forestry Industry value chain.
