Nancy Giangeruso is the owner of NancyG Consulting, a consulting service to new homebuilders, industry partners, and independent design centers. Her passion for teaching designers how to create a “finished home design” plan for all their new homebuyers, combined with her business savvy and her management expertise, has been the underlying force in her success. Nancy’s experience in this area began in 1990 at Chateau Interiors & Design after spending two years at Warmington Homes where she learned the new homebuilding business. At that time, Chateau Interiors & Design was the In-house design center for all Warmington Homes divisions. In 1996, William Lyon Homes sought Nancy, and her team, to assist them with creating a design center partnership through Chateau. Nancy became the President of Chateau in 2001 where she oversaw seven showrooms, managed as many as 54 communities and 1,900 annual closings. Since then, Chateau Interiors & Design has become the preferred design center for many new homebuilders including Warmington Homes - CA, Warmington Homes - NV, William Lyon Homes, TRI Pointe Homes and Trumark Homes. In 2010 NancyG Consulting was formed. Her first client was The Irvine Company. She successfully developed and opened Irvine Pacific Design Center in March of 2011 together with teaching the corporate group at The Irvine Company about being in the design center business.
