We have an independent personal training staff that set their own rates. Our independent trainers are listed on the personal training page on our website. You can also bring any certified personal trainer you want by having that trainer contact us to get to get setup. We do not have staffed hours because customers are able to take a tour, get their free trial pass and join the gym all from our website.
