It all started with high-pressure cleaning guns, based on a new technology developed and patented by Zelup; hydropneumatic fragmentation. This discovery interested the Paris fire brigade (BSPP), and after years of research and development, the two-phase nozzle was born. This fire-fighting device has revolutionized extinguishing devices thanks to a unique process: two-phase misting. The Zelup nozzle uses a mixture of air and water to create a mist of fine droplets. The two-phase nozzle improves on the characteristics of traditional nozzles, saving water in a safer and more efficient operation.
