Granuband was founded in 1991 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and plays an important role in the rubber recycling industry in Europe & USA. As a European market leader in tire recycling, we collect and recycle nearly one million tires every year throughout the Netherlands. In this way, local authorities and car firms clear out their dump sites and let us process the material in a responsible manner. With our self-designed machinery, tires are transformed into high-quality rubber products which we proudly distribute worldwide under our brand name Granuflex. Year by year, we make a significant contribution to building a long-lasting society and innovate even further with new product ranges. In March 2006, we extended our ambitious initiative overseas and opened our first plant in the USA. The life of a tire at Granuband When a tire has reached its maximum mileage, it is handed over to Granuband.
