Today Premiere-Holding SAE now comprises several “Group” companies including Premiere- Securities, Premiere-Investment, Premiere-Financial Advisory, and Premiere-Leasing. Other Group companies include Premiere Agri-Investment, Premiere-Asset Management, Premiere- Real Estate and Matis-Diamond and plan to expand operations in Fund-Management and Private-Equity. Premiere-Holding also holds a license to sponsor companies for listing on Nilex.
