Autism Able are a specialist education service and wellbeing centre for people with Autism Spectrum Conditions in South Shields. Our mission statement is to “provide positive educational, social and life experiences, enabling our clients to develop personally, vocationally and academically within an Autism Friendly environment with high expectations facilitated by supportive and experienced staff.” We believe that helping people with Autism live the best life they can is only possible through a holistic approach - one that gives them opportunities both to learn toward conventional qualifications, gain employment and explore and build confidence in their identity through their own hobbies and interests.
