The Gold Scholarship Programme aims to ensure that its scholars are equipped with the funding, skills, knowledge, experience and social capital needed to maximise their Bath experience and to succeed in the graduate job market / postgraduate study. Scholars participate in a skills training and employability programme and complete 50 hours a year of volunteering, outreach or fundraising activity. They engage in mentoring with our diverse cohort of Gold Mentors, who offer inspiration, industry insights, networking opportunities and individual career and development support and guidance.
