Florida Insurance Claims Solutions™ is the Insurance claim alternative dispute resolution initiative of Florida Mediation & Arbitration, a Florida statewide alternative dispute resolution firm providing insurance claim mediation & umpire services. The Windstorm Insurance Network™, and the Insurance Appraiser and Umpire Association ™ certify our mediators and umpires, each of which are educational and professional organization devoted solely to dealing with insurance claim and windstorm issues of interest to insurance practitioners. Each of these organizations were formed with the goal of bringing professionals together in the review and discussion of evolving windstorm and insurance issues and concerns and which provides professional training in areas including windstorm and general insurance claims in the area of building codes, analysis of wind vs. water damage, builder's risk policy issues, catastrophe fraud, condominium losses, valuation issues and methodologies, Florida property insurance law, commercial losses, and other specialized issues applicable to all types of insurance claims. Saul Cimbler, who heads Florida Insurance Claims Solutions™, and is the president of Florida Mediation & Arbitration has been certified by the Windstorm Insurance Network and the™ Insurance Appraiser and Umpire Association ™under each of their certification criteria for umpiring and insurance appraising, and has subsequently completed the advanced umpire certification training with each organization. Saul Cimbler was the 2008 Chairman of the Windstorm Insurance Network’s Legislative Committee and formally served on their 2008 Umpire Certification Committee. He is consistently involved in advanced training involving hurricane, flood, fire & flood matters, including mold, roof, fire and other facets of insurance claims. Born in Havana, Cuba, Saul is bilingual & biliterate. He accepts assignments in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties.
