"BriQ Properties REIC" was established on 21 October 2016, is a Real Estate Investment Company (REIC), licensed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission under number 757 / 31.05.2016. Our business is predominantly focused on commercial properties located in Athens, Greece. We are capitalizing on our management expertise and established local networks to source compelling investment opportunities in Athens and in major Greek cities in the commercial property sectors to include office, retail and logistics. We are implementing a long-term investment strategy and want to expand our portfolio through direct purchases of properties with advantageous yield offered in the Greek market as well as potentially through joint venture partnerships. Our objective is to generate a stable and recurring income stream for distribution to stockholders supplemented by capital growth over time. The Company has a real estate portfolio of seven (7) assets. The market value of Company's Property Investments as at June 30th, 2017 amounts to € 24,3 Million. The 31th of July 2017 was the first day of trading on the Main Market of Athens Stock Exchange.
