Since our inception in 2005, we have dedicated ourselves to the cause of employability training and skill enhancement of the unemployed or underemployed youth. Our strength is to mobilize and select enthusiastic and aspiring students from diverse rural and semi-urban areas for the employability training. The OJT (On the Job Training) is a very critical element of the training that adds substantive and lasting value to our students’ career. The industry has supported us by extending OJT opportunities to our inexperienced and unskilled students. We are proud to emerge as one of the elite training centers, which has placed a large number of students for On the Job Training (OJT) in the manufacturing sector of a variety of industries. Now Government of India has embarked on an ambitious programme NEEM (National Employability Enhancement Mission). We are a proud partner in this programme which is also built around the OJT.
