We combine the previously disparate processes of screening candidates and training recruiters on IT topics. We pioneered a technical interview platform that lets a recruiter screen an IT candidate without being technical. We combine that with the TechScreen Certified Recruiter training program that offers a recruiter two invaluable resources: The training content richly elevates a recruiter’s technical insight on how things were invented, work and evolved and we extract select slides that can be used to generate qualification questions. This new innovation allows us to correct an inherent weakness in the interview platform: Candidates don’t always have the time to sit through a detailed interview and/or the recruiter doesn’t have the time or patience to conduct a 15 to 20-minute interview using the tool. Now they can cherry pick one or more slides that illustrate a technical topic and narrate the explanation so the recruiter can ask the candidate to expound on the topic.
