12+ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps students in Philadelphia achieve postsecondary success. The program supports and guides students by providing college workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and academic support within partner schools. 12+’s vision is to create and increase academic opportunity and achievement and ultimately greater professional success for Philadelphia students.
