Founded in 2015, LIDERAMOS is a circle of leadership experts that have created the roots to expand and build a network of “community focused” Latino leadership. Through the years, LIDERAMOS has created leadership hubs in communities around the nation, assisting community teams by providing the resources and tools to develop and implement local leadership programs. Nearly 1,000 individuals have gone through this leadership cycle and are now part of this network that strives to work together and inform one another on how to best lead in their local communities. LIDERAMOS offers a yearly Latino Leadership Symposium. The fourth annual National Symposium in October of 2022, was uplifting and empowering for over 100 community leaders throughout the US.
