Through the next 21 years they grew to becoming a successful heating and air conditioning business utilizing many of the state-of-the-art service techniques, computerized data systems and a custom sheet metal shop. Their growth included adding a duct cleaning service, a branch location as well as maintaining a good, solid reputation with customers, vendors and the Better Business Bureau, Illinois chapter. They offered prompt, courteous, quality service and installations which was evident through the high rate of repeat business. In 2000, relationships were formed with owners of an air conditioning company in Phoenix which set the ball in motion for the potential sale of the business in Troy and move to the Valley. Finally in 2002, they sold the business and moved to Chandler to begin working with the air conditioning company in Phoenix. During the last seven years they have spent working with and acclimating themselves to the climate, customers, housing types and garnering excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers. After much thought, research and the desire to give the customer an honest, dependable and quality service they deserve, they have launched their Chandler location.
