An holistic approach: We use the Six Elements of optimal health to take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, that covers nutrition, exercise, rest, recovery, sleep, mental and emotional wellbeing. Our nutrition & lifestyle health coaching encompasses support for stress and anxiety, menopause and women’s health, men’s health, obesity, eating well and nutrition and is delivered via either 1:1 or group coaching.
