Founded in 2016 by a group of parents who had a shared vision of providing a new and innovative approach to early education, Creative Childcare offers the very best of care in a fun and creative environment. Run by a qualified team of Educators, Creative Childcare is a place where children’s curiosity is inspired, their creativity fostered and sense of discovery nurtured. Our approach at Creative Childcare is simple. We provide a warm and welcoming environment and fill this space with lots of creative items for children to enjoy and include a variety of activities that are designed to open and nurture creative minds. Whilst adopting standards from the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) in our curriculum, the Creative Childcare program also incorporates several Creative Learning principles including: Creative Music, Creative Art, Creative Dance and Creative Food. At Creative Childcare we believe that: 1. All children have the right to experience quality child care 2. Each child is an individual with unique abilities and interests 3. All children should be treated equally and each child’s social and cultural background acknowledged and respected 4. Children learn through their play, interests and meaningful interactions 5. Early education programs should allow for opportunities and experiences for each child to play, explore, imagine, experiment, enquire, research, investigate and make decisions in a resource- rich, fun, natural, play-based environment
