Michael Sibrava, NCC, LMHC I provide counseling and psychotherapy for adults in the Seattle area. My office is located in a quiet corner of Capital Hill. My greatest interest is to bring you a safe, real, and comfortable environment for you to make positive changes in your life. Positive change comes with safe space to think, create, and experiment. I bring years of training and experience with helping people through that process in a way that's more efficient and provides more lasting change. Depression and anxiety are difficult for a person to push through alone. To no longer feeling stuck and uncertain often only requires a new perspective. Discovering who you are and where you want to go takes a point of reference – another human to reflect your best parts. I look forward to being your partner in that process.
