Ken Sigman founded Health and Benefit Systems (HBS) in 1986 on the principle that an individual’s security is based on two factors, maintaining good health and protecting their financial security. We use an integrated approach to helping employers control employee benefit cost. It is based upon proactive insurance planning, excellent communication and employer sponsored wellness initiatives. By 1987 the company was engaged by Fortune 500 companies to help control employee benefit cost and develop communication strategies to improve employee communication, appreciation and employee morale. Yes we do offer an array of benefit services, but what we really pride ourselves on is our expert consulting. It is more responsive and proactive than what employers are used to seeing. This helps provide clients with the resources to design benefit programs that meet the needs and budgets of their organization.
