Stensborg invented the HoloPrint uniA6 DT; A portable, easy-to-use, and affordable desktop machine unique to the industry. This desktop imprinter is ideal for fast prototyping, testing, and characterisation of a structure's property, which includes work with photo-curable resins and imprinting materials. Further, Stensborg manufactures custom R2R UV-NIL production machines to produce micro- and nano-structured foil and plate products, using a proven patented Nanoimprint technology. We support clients by providing master and imprinting templates together with unique light-curing resins, all of which have been developed by Stensborg. Unique technology attributes include: • Super-sharp structure definition • Low-cost solutions (suitable for millions of m² imprinting) • Suitability for speeds up to 60 m/min • In-register image structure printing or wallpaper structure • Ability to print on flexible as well as solid substrates (i.e. transparent and opaque) • Optimised light-curing resins for 20 nm-100 micron feature sizes • Long run polymer imprinting plates.
