We aim to enhance Japan’s international contribution and competitiveness in the health and medical fields by promoting activities to solve worldwide problems relating to healthcare and medicine. To achieve this, we will take an active role in shaping global health and medical solutions by: 1) Promoting international development projects in global health and medicine; 2) Undertaking projects relating to global health and medicine; 3) Promoting the use of innovation and technology in the field; 4) Enhancing links between Japan and international organizations and foundations; 5) Promoting projects in Japan and overseas; 6) Engaging in advocacy and educational activities in Japan and overseas; 7) Supporting project advocacy efforts, including community contributions by NGOs/NPOs, international organizations and foundations; 8) Any other projects related to or required for meeting our goals.
