Next Gen Engineering is a student run subdivision of Eli^2 at the University of Central Florida. Next Gen specializes in hands on engineering projects often with the intent of helping the communities outside of UCF. Some of the current projects include "Martian C02" where students simulate building concrete on Mars and "Windless Power Generation" where students try to find the most efficient way to generate power from vibrational motion. You do not need to be an Eli^2 member to join and new members are welcome as long as you are a UCF student.
