MassSHRM is the connection between the international Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the state’s SHRM-affiliated chapters, the members of affiliated student chapters, and the over 7,000 human resources professionals in Massachusetts who are members of SHRM and/or one our six local affiliated chapters. We encourage all SHRM members to join a local chapter - there's no better way to enhance your networking connections, expand your professional development opportunities, and in many situations provide opportunities for recertification credits. The Massachusetts State Council wishes to continue to promote the human resource profession by conducting conferences and professional seminars, as well as supporting the professional activities of our local and student chapters.
