Dr. Stoltzfus is a consultant, coach, and trainer providing executive coaching to C-Suite leaders for performance improvement. He had been a manager within 3M’s Talent Solutions Department. His specific focus was on working with 3M’s Executives and High Potential Leaders through classroom, action learning, assessment, and individual coaching. He was also the architect of 3M’s Talent Solutions Department’s efforts to evaluate the various leadership and coaching programs. Dr. Stoltzfus has successfully worked with leaders both within and outside of 3M using a coaching model that delivers measurable improvement in leadership effectiveness, engagement and business results.
