ENEFER is a Brazilian consulting engineering company, founded in 1977 by a group of engineers who dedicated themselves to consultative engineering activities in the transport area. At the beginning, the company's activities were concentrated in the railway area, later expanding its operations to other fields of consultative engineering. We follow up on manufacturing, inspection and testing of materials and equipment, technical, economic and environmental feasibility studies, engineering projects, management, supervision, inspection and specialized technical support for projects in the public and private sector, including the design phases (studies and projects), implementation, construction, operation and maintenance. In the railway sphere, the experience is vast, with large national projects, such as the Carajás Railway, North South Railway, Ferroeste, Ferronorte, Steel Railway, Recovery and Improvement of the Center Line, for RFFSA Recovery and Improvement of Railway Corridors Paraná / Santa Catarina and Goiás / Minas Gerais. In Iraq was elaborated the final railway engineering project and 28 patios for the construction of the Baghdad - Hsaibah and Al Qaim - Akashat Railway, with a 400 km extension. Recently, the company worked in the elaboration of the Transnordestina Railway projects, in the management and administrative support of the Central-West Integration Railway (FICO), Uruaçu / GO - Vilhena / RO stretch, with a length of 1530 km, and has been executing project management services and technical follow-up of the works of the Norte-Sul Railway (Malha Central), for the concessionaire Rumo SA, in a total extension of 1587 km. In the urban area, subway and surface metro (VLT) projects, basic and executive project of the Rio de Janeiro's VLT, the HSST. At CBTU, the company managed and developed projects for the subway systems in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Recife.
