David and Angela Harms launched Success Realty (QLD) in Toowoomba on 1 July 2014 and the success express is quickly gathering momentum in the local marketplace. David is born and bred in Toowoomba and has recently held management roles in some of Australia’s largest resource sector construction projects. He has built a strong personal network of time poor FIFO colleagues who were interested in property investment. With such an extensive knowledge of Toowoomba’s property market, most breaks (R&R) were spent sourcing new investment opportunities for his work mates. David had previously worked with Property Sources Australia, who operated in Charleville, Toowoomba and Bundaberg under the directorship of Terry Creevey, where he developed a strong understanding of specialist marketing services for investment properties and major land estates. David gleaned invaluable experience from Property Sources Australia’s background of working alongside the likes of Tosh and Danny Murphy and North Queensland’s largest property developer - The Hedley Group in Cairns. Angela has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing and has worked with some of Australia’s largest brands including Macquarie Bank, Dreamworld, The Sydney Kings and Tourism Task Force. Most recently she has been helping small to medium businesses with internet marketing.
