Athein Holding is an IPP platform company, incorporated in Singapore, in December 2022, with the purpose to acquire, develop, build and operate utility scale and rooftop solar power projects in Southeast Asia and Australia. Established as a Joint-Venture between ATAD, Hexagon Holdings and Invenic and their founders – Dong Hyunh, Milan Koev and Edmund Yen, the platform company acts solely as developer and asset manager. Athein is set to develop, build and operate assets in 4 key geographies – Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and India through M&A deals and self-originated pipeline with a target to achieve 1 GWp of operational projects by 2026 and 5 GWp by 2030.
