Redsea Maritime Services Limited (RSMS) is a private shore handling company which receives and delivers conventional general cargo at the Port of Tema. We handle : - Bagged Cargo - Steel Products - Plant Equipment and Machinery - Forest Products - General Cargo (Examples are drum lubricant, reels paper, crates, bales, cases, cartons, palletized and more) RSMS has an Off-Dock Yard about 5km from the Tema Port for the holding and delivery of Heavy Duty and Earth Moving Equipment units. RSMS arranges the removal and transfer of these equipment units from the Tema Port (after their discharge) to the Off-Dock Yard. RSMS further provides extra services at the request of the consignee or shipper regarding sorting, repackaging, turning and re-bagging and weighing of discrepant bagged cargo and charges as such. Similarly, RSMS hires out its forklift, reach stacker trucks and cargo handling gears to customers for a fee when such equipment units and gears are not engaged.
